Meet the Evolution team

Our team have a vast and diverse background, with expertise in many different fields. They are all self employed and have been fully vetted by us to work as an approved Evolution Personal Trainer / Therapist.

Below is a short profile of each member of our team. If you have a specific Personal Trainer or Sports Therapist that you would like to work with then please let us know on our contact page.

David

I am the head trainer at Evolution Health & Fitness. I became an advanced Personal Trainer in 2001 after studying with Premier Training International, a leading educational body in the Fitness and Personal Training Industry. I am also a qualified Sports Therapist which enables me to carry out Injury Rehabilitation. 

My favourite type of training is based around high intensity training and helping clients achieve maximum fitness levels. However, nothing can be more rewarding than to see a client who has completely transformed their body and life for the better.

Briony

In 2002 I became a Personal Trainer after having previously worked as a Studio Class Instructor. I have studied with a number of fitness educational bodies to include Premier Training International, YMCA and the Pilates Institute. 

 

I am the mother of two young children and I know how hard it is to juggle family life while trying to keep fit and healthy but it can be done.

In 2013, I qualified as a Personal Trainer along side graduating with a First Class with Honours in Sports Therapy. 

 

I have since been working as a trainer, with a wide variety of clients. Whether you are looking to train for an event, or you are wanting to transform your personal appearance or you may just be looking to get fitter,  I can help you get there!

I have a great anatomical knowledge about how your body works and the best way of training for transformation. I'm an enthusiastic individual with a passion to help others be successful. As your personal trainer, I will help you in any way I can.

Since qualifying as a Level 3 REPS Personal Trainer I have helped my clients achieve their personal goals including weight loss, improved fitness, strength and toning. 

Ex New Zealand Police, and a passionate sports-fan all my life, I have been active in many sports clubs from Rugby, Cricket, Tennis, Squash and Muay Thai Kickboxing while also supporting training at White Collar Boxing Events.

I am passionate about motivating people to meet their fitness goals and get the results they are looking for.
