Our personal trainers can design an online training program specifically for you.We will do this by taking into consideration your medical history, exercise history, age, fitness level, goals and equipment you may have. Most online fitness programmes are based on a general, one-size-fits-all approach and use computer-generated programs. However at Evolution we know that you will be more successful
in reaching your goals when using a programme that is designed just
for you. We design programmes for working out anywhere (home, gym, or
on the road), and for use with a variety of exercise equipment or even
no equipment. |
