Every client is individual. So at Evolution our Personal Trainers design bespoke exercise programmes to suit you.We train a variety of clients from high powered business people to retired pensioners and ranging from teenagers to 80 year olds. We all know that as we get older it becomes increasingly
harder to tone up those wobbly bits. We also tend to have the odd niggles
here and there. At Evolution our Personal Trainers will work with you
to help you train effectively and most importantly safely. We have extensive
experience with Training the senior client with many conditions to include
raised blood pressure, raised cholesterol, bad backs, heart bypasses,
diabetes, cancer and MS. |

general I train 3-4 times a week including the hour with David. Over the
years my fitness has improved dramatically as has my upper body shape.
